Modernization of Securities Market in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the Kazakh securities market and to consider technologies that could theoretically improve securities market of Kazakhstan. Securities market is an indispensable tool of economic development, purchase and sale of securities. The problem is that in the post-Soviet countries, including Kazakhstan, securities market is characterized by low credibility and outdated technologies.
