dc.description	The Higher Education Institutions play a critical role in the development of science as long as they usually provokes,maintain and encourage the research production among their teachers and researchers. A deep understanding of research on itself and its management allow to realize the importance of this field in the process of internationalization of the Higher Education Institutions. It brings tools to measure the effort of these Institutions all over the world to acquire a higher status in terms of quality, and make them able to fulfill one of their first objectives: transference of knowledge to the community. The subject of the study is the research management styles in Kazakhstan: during the development process of the HEI in the country, the position of the of this field has changed and evolved. An objective perspective in the analysis should answer to the question, which are the most important challenges that this process is facing in the country.	ru_RU
